Hi there!


The "Ahava Ktana" (i.e. "Little Love") studio that specializes in designing personalized gifts has developed a unique "fitness can" to help you and your loved ones overcome some of the coronavirus restrictions and maintain your heath and well-being.


The fitness can includes a quality rubber training band and three suggested exercises, to strengthen your body and mind and is lovingly designed with a supportive personal statement.


Sample sentences that can be printed on the can are: "Love is the best energy shot there is"; "A hug is the most beneficial workout for the heart muscle"; "You are a champion!"; "Do not forget to practice the smile muscles as well" and more.

The can includes:

• A high quality latex training rubber band, size 15 X 124 cm

• A tin can measuring 11.5 X 8.5 cm, with a disposable opener

• A custom-designed label, which includes three exercises

Sample Exercises


Shoulder Stretch

  • Sit in the center of a chair

  • Slide the rubber band under the seat

  • Hold the rubber band on both sides and stand up straight

  • Pull / lift the rubber band up to shoulder height with straight hands, without moving your back

  • Return slowly. It is important to keep your back straight and your chest raised

Recommended number of repetitions: 15-20


Elbow Stretch

  • Sit on a chair and cling to the backrest

  • Hold the rubber band with your right hand, and raise it over your head placing the palm between your shoulder blades

  • Hold the other end of the rubber band with your left hand near the lower back

  • Bend the elbow behind the head while inhaling

  • Straighten your hand over your head - while exhaling

Recommended number of repetitions: 15-20


Shoulder & Chest Stretch

  • Sit at the front of a chair

  • Hold the rubber band on both sides and raise your hands in front of your chest, taking a deep breath

  • Open your hands stretching the rubber band as you exhale

  • Return your hands slowly as you inhale

Recommended number of repetitions: 15-20
