Museum Activities for Children: Passover 2022

WHEN: April 2022 as detailed below

Tel Aviv Museum of Art

The visit includes activities following the exhibition "Yayoi Kusama - A Retrospective", at the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Family Experiential Center. In the center there are reading and creative corners where you can read about the artist, share ideas and thoughts about the tour of the exhibition, and write letters and paintings to the artist Kusama. Additionally, there are a number of independent activities kits for children.

Point for Thought / An independent activity kit for children, which allows you to create a personalized button pin following the works of artist Yayoi Kusama.

Kaleidoscope / An independent activity kit for children, an experiential personal activity inspired by the exhibition - peeking inside and discovering a magical world of duplicate shapes.

A workshop following works from the museum's collections that includes use of a variety of materials with an emphasis on the four elements. The activity is structured to utilize fine motor skills and gross motor skills, subtraction, disassembly and connection as well as a focus on the basic language of art with a connection to the works of art displayed in the museum.

A special audio guide for children is also available at the exhibition "Yayoi Kosama - A Retrospective".
