Hi there,

'Four Seasons Pepper Blend' by Neptune
'Vegan Gluten Free Breads and Baguettes' by GreenLite
'Four Seasons Pepper Blend' by Neptune
Neptune Company (1980), specializes in the development, production and marketing of spices, seasonings, spreads and sauces. Now, during the holiday season, it is introducing a new packaging of four colorful and delicious pepper corns in an elegant and easy-to-operate ceramic grinder, that will beautify any table on which it will be placed and freshen any recipe with its unique pepper flavor.
The "Four Seasons Pepper Blend" as its name suggests contains four different types of pepper corns: black, green, white and red. Pepper is a climbing plant whose fruits are dried and used as a spice. The origin of all the peppers - black, white, red and green is from the same plant. They are simply picked at a different stage and processed differently.
The familiar black pepper is extracted from the green unripe fruits of the pepper plant, by cooking it briefly in hot water and then drying it. This blackens the fruit around the kernel and shrinks it into a thin, wrinkled layer around the kernel.
White pepper - is produced by removing the same layer.
Red pepper - the ripe kernel of black pepper.
Green pepper - black pepper picked before ripening (unripe).
The blend is suitable for seasoning almost any dish that uses pepper including chicken, beef, turkey, fish, vegetables, salads, savory dishes and spicy pastries and more. The taste of the spice is aromatic and rich and compared to regular black pepper is even a bit sweeter. Also, the grinder adds beauty both to the table and the dish itself.

'Vegan Gluten Free Breads and Baguettes' by GreenLite
GreenLite, a leading manufacturer of gluten free baked goods is launching a series of Artisan Breads that includes vegan gluten free breads and baguettes for baking at home for serving hot and fresh with the ultimate crust that is so delicious.
The company has been developing the series for over 3 years. To preserve their taste and texture, the breads are frozen in a deep freeze immediately after 90% of the full baking time. They get their final percentage of baking in the home oven - which gives them a crusty texture and the experience of fresh bread, which until now was not possible for the celiac and gluten sensitive audiences.
Ofer Eliav, Sales and Marketing Manager explained that the challenge was to achieve a gluten-free product that tastes like the regular bread that is handmade in a bakery that could also be served fresh, hot and with a perfect crust. The vast knowledge and experience that the company has accumulated over 30 years of developing kosher and gluten-free products for Passover, has allowed it to continue to develop - to the highest standards - additional special products, that are compatible with regular bakery products.
The new artisan series includes:
Classic French bread - homemade French bread (500 grams)
Seeded French bread - French bread enriched with chia, teff, sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds (500 g)
Classic Rustic Baguette - 2 classic baguettes (240 grams each baguette)
Rustic Super Food Baguette - 2 baguettes enriched with chia, teff and flax seeds (240 grams each baguette)
Rustic Seeded Baguette - 2 baguettes enriched with flax, millet, sunflower and pumpkin seeds (240 grams each baguette)
The products are baked and sold frozen. They should be thawed and removed from their packaging before final baking.
Preparation instructions: Thaw the bread. Unpack. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bread: Bake 15-25 minutes; Baguette: Bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on the intensity of the oven).
The new "Artisan series is joining a range of breads and pastries developed by the company, including a selection of breads (white, challah, rustic, etc.), pastries, various rolls, pitas, pizza base, French baguette, American bagel, pizza margarita, cakes, puff pastry and more.
